Franklin 9, Phillipsburg 8: Gustavo Singares drove in the winning run with one out in the bottom of the seventh to help Franklin (2-3) overcome a 7-0 deficit. Sean Gonzalez went 2-3 with a double, a sac fly and three RBIs. Sohil Patel earned the win in relief for Franklin.
Ridge 7, Rutgers Prep 5: Ridge (4-0-1) fought back from a 4-0 deficit against Rutgers Prep (1-5) ace PJ Strahm for the win. Liam McArthur 2 run double in the bottom of the sixth gave ridge the lead at 6-4. Matt Bates earned the win for Ridge in relief. Strahm had two RBIs smacking a double and a triple for the Argonauts.
North Hunterdon 3, Montgomery 0: John Wilson pitched a complete game, scattering four hits and striking out four for North Hunterdon (7-0). Thomas Schumacher knocked in two RBIs with a two out single in the third. Alex Miller had two hits for Montgomery (0-4-1).
Dunellen 17, Timothy Christian 8: Down 8-7 in the fifth inning, Dunellen exploded for seven runs in the fifth and three runs in the sixth for the win. Rahim Sangiray and John Baldino both drove in two in the fifth for Dunellen (6-1). Rob Puckett came on in the fourth in relief, striking out six and allowing one hit. Kenny Tunison earned the win in his first varsity start on the mound.
Governor Livingston 3, Union 1 (9 innings): Freshman Will Jennings and Josh Katz both drove in runs in the top of the ninth inning to help lead Governor Livingston (7-0). Dan Belfer struck out 10 through seven innings and gave up six hits. Matt Bruno earned the win in relief for Governor Livingston.
Bridgewater-Raritan 3, Hillsborough 1: Stephen Fedak collected the win for Bridgewater-Raritan (6-0), striking out six and giving up one run on four hits. Scott Cooper, Guy Izzo and Alex Thul each collected an RBI for the Panthers. Dylan Finer struck out five in six innings of work for Hillsborough (2-3).
Scotch Plains-Fanwood 4, Elizabeth 1: Matt Marino drove in two runs with a home run and a double for Scotch Plains-Fanwood (6-1). Chris Gibbons got his third win of the season on the mound for the Raiders. Gibbons struck out four and allowed one unearned run in seven innings.
Piscataway 9, South Brunswick 6: Brian Jeziorski scored three runs and drove in two RBIs out of the leadoff spot for Piscataway (6-3). Jerrid Guerra added an RBI, with a double and triple for the Chiefs. Kevin Tamsula earned the win for Piscataway.
Delaware Valley 15, New Providence 3: Christian Hlinka hit two triples, drove in two runs and scored three for Delaware Valley (3-2). Devin Merritt went 3-5 with three runs scored for the Terriers. Alan Payne went 2-3 for New Providence (3-5).
Linden 4, North Plainfield 1: Anthony Zicaro pitched a complete game with seven strikeouts and allowed only five hits for Linden (4-3). Ceisan Tucker scored and hit a double for Plainfield (2-3).
Hunterdon Central 4, Hamilton West 1: Brett McManus and Matt Toke each had two runs scored for Hunterdon Central (4-1-1). Matt Padre went 1-3 with two RBIs and Mike Perone plated the other run for the Red Devils.
Immaculata 13, Watchung Hills 3 (6 innings): Derek Walker went 3-4 with a triple, collecting two RBIs and scoring three runs for Immaculata (4-4). Nick Egnatuk smacked a two-run homer for the Spartans and Jack Benham completed the six innings, striking out two with two earned runs. Nick Mink and Dan Bongiorno each scored for Watchung Hills (3-4).
Somerset Tech 9, Perth Amboy Tech 1: Matt Feaster had a two-run triple and Brian Turck collected three RBIs to lead Somerset Tech (2-3). Eric Moeller scored three runs and Sean Boland struck out 10 in seven innings of work for the Jaguars.
Piscataway Tech 2, Highland Park 0: Jefferson Bonilla smacked a triple and scored a run for Piscataway Tech (2-4). Victor Caraballo scored the other run and Brandon Casiano went 3-4 in the leadoff spot for Piscataway Tech. Eric Marin earned the complete game shutout, striking out seven.
Bishop Ahr 8, Middlesex 4: Mike Lavenia had two RBIs and Matt Carovillano hit a home run for Middlesex (1-6).
