Laura Duncan (Fremont Ross 2013) captured provisional qualification to the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships in four events with her performances for Kenyon College at the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships on Feb. 14. The sophomore’s top finish came with the 200-yard medley relay in a first-place effort with a time of 1 minute, 42.29 seconds. She followed by placing third in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.77) and sixth in the 50 freestyle (23.86) and 200 breaststroke (2:24.29).
Megan Hawk (Fremont Ross 2014) won as part of the 400 medley relay for John Carroll University at the Ohio Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships with a time of 3:35.49. In the competition, the freshman also finished 10th in the 100 freestyle (55.71), 11th in the 100 butterfly (1:02.35) and 13th in the 50 freestyle (25.57).
Matt Rowland (Bellevue 2013) holds is ranked No. 25 in the country following a runner-up finish for Akron University men’s track and field program in the pole vault at the Zips Invitational. His leap of 17 feet, 5.75 inches helped Akron defeat Youngstown State on Feb. 20.
Amanda Cahill (Clyde 2014) scored 13 points and grabbed a team-high nine rebounds the Indiana University women’s basketball program (14-13) in a 67-64 loss at home to Nebraska (19-8) on Feb. 21. For the season, the freshman averages 10.7 points, eight rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.
Kaylea Griffin (Clyde 2011) produced her seventh double-digit scoring effort of the season by producing 10 points as a starting forward for the Southern New Hampshire women’s basketball program (11-17) in a 68-64 loss at home to Saint Michael’s College (12-13). The senior added seven rebounds and one assist. For the season, she is averaging six points and six rebounds per game.
Jacob Berryman (Fremont Ross 2012) won first-place with the 4×400-meter relay (3 minutes, 30.86 seconds) and third in the 400-meter dash (52.37) for the Heidelberg University men’s track and field program at the Capital Classic/Rick Meindl Invitational on Feb. 21.
Ben Danhoff (Clyde 2010) collected his eighth double-digit scoring effort of the season as a starting forward for the Capital University men’s basketball program (8-18) in a 78-55 loss at Marietta (24-2) on Feb. 24. For the season, the senior averages 7.8 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.
Jack Gedeon (Fremont Ross 2014) contributed five points, one rebound and one block as a guard for Capital (8-18) in a 79-71 loss at home to Baldwin Wallace (17-8) on Feb. 21. For the season, the freshman averages 1.1 points per game.

Isaac Bowling (St. Joseph Central Catholic 2011) collected runner-up for the Louisville in the shot put at the Hoosier Hills Invitational with a launch of 56 feet, 8 inches on Feb. 13.
Cody Curry (Woodmore 2011) finishes ninth in the pole vault at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Track and Field Invitational with a leap of 15-0 for Cincinnati on Feb. 13.
Jared Ballenger (Fremont Ross 2014) finished 12th in the shot put for Ohio State as the Buckeyes hosted the Ohio State University College Tune-Up on Feb. 20. Ballenger threw a distance of 50-7.75 and helped OSU win the 23-team event.
Kory Herman (Bellevue 2011) placed 14th in the long jump for Ashland at the Kent State Tune-Up with a mark of 20-0.5 on Feb. 21.
Devaun Churchya (Fremont Ross 2013) secured runner-up in the 400 dash (52.07) and 10th in the 800 (2:09.34) for Heidelberg at the Capital Classic/Rick Meindl Invitational on Feb. 21.
Dominic King (Bettsville 2012) collected a second-place finish in the 3,000 run for Wilmington College of Ohio at the Capital Classic/Rick Meindl Invitational with a time of 9:11.33.
Kris Lyons (Margaretta 2014) finished seventh with the 4,000 distance medley relay (11:47.37) and 17th in the 3,000 run (10:03.58) for Bluffton at the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 21.
Leslie Raifsnider (Bellevue 2012) produced seven points and one steal as a forward for Malone (8-17) in a 78-70 home loss to Findlay (15-10) on Feb. 21. For the season, the junior has averaged 4.2 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.
Spencer Robles (Clyde 2011) delivered nine points, six rebounds and two assists as a starting guard for Wilmington College of Ohio (15-12) in a 78-65 loss at Capital (16-10) on Feb. 24. For the season, the senior averages 6.3 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
Whitney Schalk (Bellevue 2014) provided five points and five assists as a starting guard for Defiance (9-16) in a 61-54 loss at Franklin (14-10) on Feb. 22. The freshman added four rebounds and one steal. For the season, she has averaged 3.3 assists, three rebounds and 2.9 points per game.

Carly Pendleton (Woodmore 2011) secured seventh in the weight throw Ohio State at the SPIRE NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Invitational with a throw of 58-04.
Megan Pendleton (Woodmore 2013) finished 21th in the weight throw for Eastern Michigan at the Grand Valley State University Big Meet Invitational with a mark of 43-11.5 on Feb. 13.
Courtney Ksenich (Gibsonburg 2013) captured third in the 3,000 run for Heidelberg at the Capital Classic/Rick Meindl Invitational with a time of 11:51.11 seconds on Feb. 21.
Samantha Hoffman (Gibsonburg 2011) clinched seventh with the 4,000 distance medley relay for Ohio Northern at the All-Ohio Division III Track and Field Championships with a time of 13:08.37 on Feb. 14.
Connor Dudley (St. Joseph Central Catholic 2013) tied for seventh overall for the Butler Bulldogs at the WIU/Carlton Oaks Invitational on Feb. 9-10. His 54-hole score of 230 (82, 77 and 1-under round of 71) helped Butler place third overall.
