Nine new teams join this week’s USA TODAY High School Sports/National Soccer Coaches Association of America Super 25 boys soccer rankings.
The highest-ranked of the group is Concord-Carlisle in Concord, Mass., which makes its debut at No. 7. Concord-Carlisle is off to a 6-0 start and has outscored its opponents 19-3. Among those victories was a 2-0 shutout of highly regarded Acton-Boxborough.

Other newcomers are No. 11 Lower Dauphin (Hummestown, Pa.), No. 16 Boulder (Colo.), No. 19 Delbarton (Morristown, N.J.), No. 20 Washburn Rural (Topeka, Kan.), No. 21 Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas), No. 23 Arlington (LaGrangeville, N.Y.), No. 24 Lewiston (Maine) and No. 25 Central Bucks East (Doylestown, Pa.).
St. Benedict’s Prep (Newark, N.J.) remained No. 1, followed by Wesleyan Christian (High Point, N.C.). St. Louis University High leapfrogged St. Ignatius (Cleveland) for the No. 3 spot.
Two teams fell from the Top 10 to out of the rankings. Broomfield (Colo.) dropped from No. 5 after a 1-0 overtime loss to Mountain Ridge. Haverford School (Pa.) fell from No. 9 after a 2-0 loss to No. 1 St. Benedict’s Prep.
Among the big movers was Napa (Calif.), which is 8-0-1. Napa moved from No. 22 to No. 8. Napa has posted six shutouts among its eight wins.
