Colorado high school lacrosse players recruited in 10th Annual Denver Shootout

KUSA — The 10th Annual Denver Shootout took place at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park last weekend. The event is hosted by Denver based company, 3d Lacrosse. The company has helped dozens of players get recruited by some of the top college lacrosse programs for boys and girls.

The event hosted around 4,000 players from 19 states and two provinces with over 80 NCAA coach-recruiters. High school lacrosse student athletes are developed at the event and showcased to top college programs for recruitment. Players from the Colorado area have already been recruited to Notre Dame, Air Force Academy, University of Denver and more alongside college program hopefuls.

3d Lacrosse Colorado Select 2016 Team Member (and Heritage HS Senior) Keaton Komatz shifts into a defensive position against Third Coast Lacrosse, a club team out of Houston, Texas. Third Coast was one of more than 200 teams which traveled to Colorado for the 10th Annual Denver Shootout. Colorado beat Third Coast, 21 – 3 on their way towards the tournament’s final rounds. Komatz is headed to Notre Dame University which won this past year’s ACC title but lost to University of Denver in the Men’s NCAA Division I semifinals.
