Division 2 at Atlas Valley
Blue Water Area golfers took up all six of the individual qualifiers spots in the district, but no area teams qualified for the regional.
St. Clair’s Joe Fraley (85), Croswell-Lexington’s Matt Benson (87), Yale’s John McIntyre (88), Armada’s Jon Schlump (89), St. Clair’s Adam Lemoine (90) and Armada’s Matt Hammer (91) all qualified for the regional, which will be played May 28 at Fieldstone Golf Club.
Cranbrook won the district with a 310, followed by Goodrich (326), Orchard Lake St. Mary’s (328), Avondale (338), Notre Dame Prep (350) and Brandon (360).
St. Clair was seventh with a 367, Cros-Lex was eighth with a 379, Marysville was ninth with a 384, Armada was 10th with a 386 and Yale was 11th with a 390.
Mitchell Moore (94) and Warren Delor (98) rounded out the scorers for Marysville.
Following Benson for Cros-Lex were Colton Hogan (92), Tanner Tabin (94) and Logan Cunningham (106).
Nick Lozano led Marysville with a 92, followed by Seth Lewis (97), Evan Brown (97) and Jeremiah Scott (98).
Brad Bertrand (97) and Colin Printz (109) scored for Armada, while Caleb Gershick (94), Justin Furhman (99) and Patrick Bondy (109) scored for Yale.
Division 3 at Rattle Run
Richmond and Marine City finished in the top six of their district Wednesday to punch their tickets to the regional which will be held May 28 at the Flint Elks.
The Blue Devils were third, shooting a 347, while the Mariners were sixth, shooting a 398. Almont won the tournament with a 328, followed by Lutheran North at 334. Clawson was fourth at 388, while Allen Park Cabrini was fifth at 391.
Almont’s Gavin DePauw was the medalist, shooting a 74.
Richmond was led by Noah Kosal, who shot a 78. Colten Christensen shot 85, Christian Failla shot 90 and Travis Doan shot 94.
For Marine City, Nolan Gilbert shot a 92, Jarrod Belli and Jacob Belli each shot 101, and Alex Merchant shot 104.
Three area individuals also qualified for the regional, as Algonac’s Christian Garrido shot a 96, Capac’s Doug Loper shot a 98 and his teammate Ian Rennie shot 105.
Division 4 at Heather Highlands
Cardinal Mooney and Brown City placed fifth and sixth in their district to keep their seasons alive.
The Cardinals shot 392, while the Green Devils shot 419.
Everest Collegiate won the tournament with a 358 followed by Our Lady of the Lakes (365), New Lothrop (374) and Oakland Christian (381).
Mooney was led by Daniel Everhart, who shot a 91. He was followed by Owen Sheldon (94), Trent Sheldon (99) and Danny DeBlouw (108).
Phil Lowe led Brown City with a 101, and was followed by Dylan Foster (104), Dalton Simpson (107) and Mitch Conley (107).
The regional will be May 27 at Westwynd Golf Course.
