Oakfield 72, Wayland Academy 0: Tyler Burbach accounted for four touchdowns as the Oaks picked up a lopsided Great 8 South victory over Wayland Academy, clinching a spot in the WIAA Eight-Player Football Jamboree.

Burbach was 11-of-11 passing for 109 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for two scores. Ross Ellison finished with 122 yards rushing and two TDs, while DuWayne Balthazor also had two scores — one on the ground and one through the air.

Eric Jacob also threw two touchdowns for Oakfield — one to Ethan Tapp and one to Nick Ryan — and Mike Kottke added a touchdown run. Brandon Williams had four catches for 55 yards and a 38-yard touchdown.
