The Tigers dominated their rival, building a 14-0 lead and holding a 154-34 edge in yards in the first half. They have won three in a row since starting region play and sit alone atop Region 4-4A. Jeffery Simmons (left ankle) was held out again this week.
Timorris Conner, Noxubee County
Conner was 9 of 12 passing for 197 yards with scoring tosses of 6 and 29 yards, and he ran for a 10-yard score in the third quarter.
Early in 1st quarter
Noxubee County had a goal line stand on defense and then marched 99 yards on 17 plays with Ladaveon Smith capping the drive with a 3-yard run. The Tigers’ Art Davis then blocked a punt, and Kalmorris Robinson scooped it up and returned it 24 yards for a TD and a 14-0 Noxubee lead.

Ridgeland 31, Vicksburg 21
The Titans scored 31 points in a row to build a 24-point lead in the fourth quarter and improved to 3-1 in Region 2-5A play.
Torrye Evans, Ridgeland
Evans scored a rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter — his first of the season — to give the Titans a 31-7 lead.
5:36, 2nd quarter
Kle Dennis picked up a fumble and returned it 12 yards for a touchdown to put Ridgeland up for good at 14-7. The Titans came back and scored on a long pass for another TD and a 21-7 lead.
