The game may have ended before halftime, but there was plenty more going on Friday. Charlotte Catholic and Mallard Creek were set to square off Friday night in the Patriotism Bowl. Both teams honored America with special uniforms, and the men and women of the United States Armed Forces were recognized before the game.
Even Charlotte Catholic favorite Elijah Hood was back to watch the action.
