Watchung Hills 52, Ridge 44: Senior Chrissy Panella led the way with 15 points and five rebounds, and freshman Julia Cunningham added 11 points, seven assists and five steals to lift Watchung Hills (7-2) to a Skyland Raritan victory. Erica Abitante added 10 points in the victory. Chrissy Weyrauch scored 15 points to pace Ridge (7-3), while Monica Schumacher netted 12 points for the Red Devils.
Immaculata 58, North Hunterdon 40: Kaitlyn Roberto poured in 20 points and Kat Papalski added 11 points to send Immaculata (8-1). Carly Monks netted 12 points to pace North Hunterdon (3-6).
Piscataway 60, South Brunswick 52: Junior guard Kendrea Williams scored eight of her game-high 24 points in the third quarter as Piscataway outscored South Brunswick 22-3 to take a 42-31 lead and the Chiefs (7-6) never looked back. Williams and Taylor Nelson, who finished with 11 points, each made 3-of-4 free throws down the stretch to seal the win. Sophomore forward Amber Brown paced the Vikings (7-2) with 20 points., while Gillian Chambres added 13 points.
Union Catholic 56, Elizabeth 36: Emily Garno went for 17 points, seven rebounds and seven assists, while Izzy DiDario posted 12 points and five boards to power Union Catholic. Gabrielle Welle added nine points for the Vikings, who improved to 6-3.
South Plainfield 38, Colonia 33: Sarah Cargill tallied 12 points and five rebounds, while Amanda Harper netted 11 points for South Plainfield. Caroline Ratti grabbed 12 rebounds for the Tigers (7-2), while Ayanna Abdulahad posted 12 points and 16 rebounds for Colonia (2-7).
Monroe 72, North Brunswick 24: Erica Junquet scored 19 points, grabbed seven rebounds, dished out nine assists and swiped five steals to fuel Monroe. Ashlyn Petersen added 16 points and Erin Seppi contributed six points and 14 rebounds for the Falcons (8-0). Khayla Flemmings scored 10 points to pace the Raiders (1-8).
Woodbridge 59, Edison 38: Brooke Timinski netted 22 points and Gabriella Jones added 18 to send Woodbridge (5-4). Jordan Vazquez chipped in 11 points for the Barons, while Natalie Udoye scored nine points and Bianca Newsom added eight points for the Eagles (1-8).
South Hunterdon 62, Bound Brook 57: Sarah Franzini posted 19 points, while Cassie Barrett and Rachel Knappenberger each threw in 13 points to fuel South Hunterdon. Knappenberger also grabbed seven rebounds for the Eagles, who improved to 7-2. Janeea’Summers tallied 26 points and 15 rebounds and Olivia Nilsen added 11 points, six rebounds and six assists for Bound Brook (3-5).
North Plainfield 50, Manville 23: Frankie Cherasaro scored 18 points, while Olivia Flood added nine and Ashley Marshall chipped in eight points for North Plainfield (4-3). Megan Mack scored nine points and Julie Pankowski added eight for Manville.
Bernards 51, Belvidere 35: Maddie Fairhurst tallied 16 points and six rebounds, and Caroline Barrata added 12 points to fuel Bernards. Sam Mottes dished out five assists for the Mountaineers (7-1).
Voorhees 53, Delaware Valley 39: Erin Jones scored 15 points and Payce Lange added 12 points to send Voorhees (9-1). Veronica Christ scored 14 points to pace Delaware Valley (3-6).
Rutgers Prep 54, Bridgewater-Raritan 43: Gabi Redden tallied 14 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead Rutgers Prep. Olivia Dabney also netted 14 for the Argonauts (4-4), while Madison Stanley chipped in 12 points and seven boards. The Panthers fell to 4-5.
Sayreville: 60, New Brunswick 13 Amanda Quintero and Megan Quinlan had eight points apiece and Ryane Brush netted seven as Sayreville (8-1) built a 37-4 halftime lead. The Bombers had scoring from 12 different players. Aniyah Thomas had four points for New Brunswick (1-8).
