The 2015 East Yosemite League boys and girls basketball campaigns were glorious ones for the Mission Oak Hawks.

Mission Oak won both the boys and girls titles with perfect 10-0 records.

And if the Central Section commissioners nailed their basketball seeds, the Hawks will have both teams at the Central Section Basketball Championships at Fresno’s Selland Arena on March 6-7.

The Mission Oak boys (27-1) were selected as the No. 1 seed for the Central Section Division II playoff bracket. The Hawks begin their postseason on Friday in the quarterfinals. They will face the winner of the No. 9 Monache-No. 8 El Diamante game (7 p.m. Wednesday at El Diamante).

No. 4 CVC visits No. 3 Tehachapi in the first round of the Division III boys bracket on Tuesday.

The Mission Oak girls (23-5) are the No. 2 seed in a full 16-team Division III field. The Hawks host No. 15 Frontier on Tuesday. If the Hawks win, they will host the winner of No. 10 Mendota/No. 7 Golden West (7 p.m. Tuesday at Golden West) on Thursday. No. 8 Exeter hosts No. 9 Corcoran in a Division III first-round game Tuesday.

The co-West Yosemite League champion Redwood Rangers (19-5) are the No. 3 seed for the Division II girls bracket. The Rangers have a first-round bye, and will host the winner of the No. 11 Hoover/No. 6 Monache first-round contest in Thursday’s quarterfinal round.

Orosi is the No. 1 seed in the Division IV girls field. CVC visits No. 3 Liberty-Madera Ranchos in the Division V quarterfinals on Thursday.

The Division II and V boys and girls championship games are March 6 at Selland Arena. The Division I, III and IV boys and girls championship games are March 7 at Selland Arena.
