Houston County celebrated its first signee of 2015 on Tuesday.

Softball standout Taylor Brown is heading to Darton State College in Albany, Ga., to continue her career on the diamond. Brown was a four-year letter-earner under head coach Angela Crawford.

Brown was also a member of the 2010 Warner Robins all-stars, who went on to win the Little League Softball World Series championship.
