Eleven of 12 Dandy Dozen selections made it through the first and second rounds of the MHSAA state playoffs.
That number will likely shrink by this time next week, but not before we see a repeat matchup of two of the state’s best. Oak Grove travels to Meridian in the second round of the 3-6A playoffs to face a team it beat 24-21 in district play. A host of Division I players will be on display, including Cal commit Jordan Duncan and future Alabama defensive lineman Raekwon Davis.
But before we look ahead to this Friday, here’s a look at how the Dandy Dozen performed in Week 13.
