JERICHO – Alec Eschholz and Kyle Adams scored 18 points apiece as Mount Mansfield Union pulled away from Essex for a 56-44 win in high school boys basketball Monday night.
Kyle Simanskas tossed in nine points for MMU (14-5), which made 15 of 18 from the foul line.
Scott Lyon (16 points) and Eli DiGrande were the high scorers for Essex (13-6).
•Lake Region 58, BFA-Fairfax 47: Austin Roberge tallied 18 of his 23 points in the first to lead host Lake Region past BFA-Fairfax.
Trenty Bathalon added 18 points for the Rangers.
Cam Place had 22 points and Jud Veren put in a dozen for the Bullets.
•Randolph 65, U-32 45: Host Randolph (13-5) used three scorers in double figures and a 20-5 first-quarter lead to push aside U-32.
Nathan Gray (18 points), Levi West (17) and Nick Jickling (12) were Randolph’s leaders.
Jackson McCory collected 21 points for U-32 (12-8).
•Peoples 57, Stowe 31: Kiley Moody led three teammates in double figures with 14 points as Peoples topped host Stowe.
Carter Beaman added 13 points and Corey Hill put in 10 for PA.

• Sharon 62, Cabot 24: Tanner James dropoped in 24 points as 16-2 Sharon dispatched Cabot.
Willy Nally had 10 points for Cabot (10-9).
•Woodsville, N.H. 58, Blue Mountain 35: Jared Bemis’ 29 points paced Woodsville to win over rival Blue Mountain.
Brandon Winchester led Blue Mountain with 13 points.
•Burr and Burton 6, Northfield 1: Jay McCoy had two goals and an assist during a second-period surge and Burr and Burton skated past Northfield.
Tyler King also scored twice and picked up an assist and Jack Arms added three assists and one goal for BBA. Nathaniel Eisenman rounded out the scoring.
Ethan Hatch had Northfield’s goal.
Joey Citera made a dozen saves for the Bulldogs.
