The fifth weekly state poll of the 2014-15 Ohio High School Athletic Association ice hockey season was released on Tuesday night.

5. Toledo St. Johns – Total Points: 43
6. Findlay – Total Points: 22
7. Olentangy Orange – Total Points: 20
8 .Columbus St. Charles – Total Points: 17
9. Bowling Green – Total Points: 16
10. Dublin Jerome – Total Points: 13
Others receiving votes: Sylvania Northview, Upper Arlington, Padua Franciscan, Rocky River and Holy Name
