Several of the Louisville area’s top basketball players in the Class of 2016 will compete in Saturday’s 29th Kentucky High School Coaches Association East-West Junior All-Star Game at Bellarmine University’s Knights Hall.
The girls game is set for 6 p.m., with the boys game to follow at 8 p.m. Games will match players from the Fifth and Sixth Regions (West) against players from the Seventh and Eighth Regions (East).
The East boys lead the all-time series 17-11. The West girls lead 17-10.
Top players in the girls game will include Elizabethtown’s Erin Boley, Caverna’s Madison Faulkner, North Bullitt’s Katie Downey, Male’s I’Liyah Green and Manual’s Krys McCune. Top players in the boys game will include Owen County’s Carson Williams and Caverna’s Mason Faulkner.
