The Williamston and East Lansing soccer teams are both ranked in the top five in their divisions.

Lansing Christian added to its win streak with three victories last week and remains atop the Division 4 rankings.

The Pilgrims, who have won 13 straight and are 15-1 overall, have been atop Division 4 every week since the Michigan High School Soccer Coaches Association began releasing its state rankings last month.

Lansing Christian is one of six mid-Michigan teams ranked.

Williamston is the next highest ranked team in the area at No. 3 in Division 3. East Lansing, which is in the CAAC Gold Cup finals after wins last week over Haslett and Williamston, continued to climb up the Division 2 rankings and is No. 5 this week.

The other area teams ranked are Mason (No. 8 Division 2), DeWitt (No. 14 Division 2) and Lansing Catholic (No. 8 Division 3).
