STAUNTON — Lee put up a solid performance in topping Broadway in four sets Thursday 25-17, 25-16, 23-25 and 25-17.

Jennifer Williams led the way with a game high 19 points and 15 kills and also added eight aces, six blocks, and 15 digs.  Meghan Wood put up five aces, four kills, two blocks, and 10 digs.  Amber Johnson had a team high 23 assists and notched three aces.  Lindsey Bosserman scored six kills, two aces, and added 11 digs.

Natalie Fitzgerald added five kills and Kable Rizzo had seven kills.  Helping to round out the effort was Camryn Shull with 14 assists and Addy Keatts with 17 digs.

In the JV game Lee won in three tough sets 18-25, 28-26 and 15-10.  Lizzie Shepherd led the team with 12 service points.

With the win, Lee moved to 13-7 on the season, taking the top spot in their conference.  This gets the team a first-round bye next week and will wait for second round action on Wednesday.
