Highlights between Lewis-Palmer vs. Ponderosa 5/26/15

KUSA – The Lewis-Palmer Rangers have made it to the 4A baseball state championship for the first time in program history, according to CHSAA.  Lewis-Palmer topped the Ponderosa Mustangs 8-0 on Tuesday to advance.

The big inning for the Rangers came in the 4th, when they plated 4 to go up 6-0.

Ponderosa committed four errors which was too much to overcome.

Lewis-Palmer will play Green Mountain on Wednesday at 1pm at Metro State University.  The Rangers need to win two in a row to take home the title, whereas the Rams just need to win the first game in the double-elimination format.
