LINDEN – Behind 15 points each from Quinton Dixon and Otis Livingston, the Linden High School boys basketball team stunned nationally ranked Roselle Catholic, No. 2 in the USA Today Super 25, 75-61 on Tuesday night in front of a sold out crowd on its home floor, Coach Colicchio Court.
Linden (7-2) led wire-to-wire as they carried a 28-23 halftime lead after opening the game on a 9-0 run.
The Tigers, which also got 13 points from Juwan Dolbrice, led by double digits for much of the second half as the closest Roselle Catholic (9-1) got within in the fourth quarter was 60-52 with under three minutes remaining.
Isaiah Briscoe, the Kentucky commit, led Roselle Catholic with a game-high 19 points.
