Most of the local teams are off in search of proper snack foods to consume in the upcoming days.
I’ll be spending the next 48 hours shuttling back and forth between a well-worn easy chair in front of the flat screen and my refrigerator. There might be a little button pushing, too, with NHL 16 and NBA 16 at the ready between meaningful college football games on New Year’s Eve and the Winter Classic on New Year’s Day.

Phil Dutko had two assists while A.J. Gugliara made 20 saves. Pelham has only given up three goals during the winning streak.
