Not many Under Armour All-Americans have a Super Bowl-winning coach show up for their jersey presentation, but there was Joe Gibbs on Tuesday at William Amos Hough High in Cornelius, N.C.
The Washington Redskins legend was there to see Marquill Osborne honored. Osborne, a Tennessee commit at cornerback, also plays wide receiver for Hough. Gibbs’ grandson Jackson is the team’s quarterback and Joe often attends team functions and events at the school.
Gibbs was among the gathering of family, teammates and coaches as the Selection Tour presented by American Family Insurance came to Hough.

Osborne, who has been timed at 4.45 seconds in the 40, is ranked as the No. 8 cornerback, the No. 4 player in the state and the No. 84 player overall by ESPN.com.
It’s been a pretty good stretch for Osborne.
In Hough’s 31-0 victory last Friday against West Charlotte, he notched his fourth interception of the season and had a long punt return in the first half and then was named the school’s homecoming king at halftime.
Hough is the lone unbeaten remaining in the Mecka 4A Conference with two regular-season games to play so there could be more big moments for Osborne even before he gets to Orlando for the Jan. 2 All-America Game.
