Senior Demarre Nelson scored a game-high 15 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead fourth-seeded East Rochester to a 62-52 win over top-seeded Mynderse in the semifinals of the Section V Class C1 boys basketball tournament on Monday.

Theron Jones scored 14 points for ER (13-9).

Mynderse finished 16-5.

Jake Slobe had 26 points for Red Creek (17-3).
