Navarre head coach Garrett Bagley was selected as the 2015 Girls’ Weightlifting Coach-of-the-Year after leading his squad to its second state title in the past three years with a dominating finals performance. The Raiders had top six finishes in nine of the 10 weight classes, including three state champions, to total 39 points, well ahead of runner up Port Charlotte (23 points).

The Florida Dairy Farmers High School Sports Awards program exemplifies Florida Dairy Farmers’ commitment to the state’s youth. This is the 23rd year of these unique awards honoring the state’s top athletes and coaches in all 30 FHSAA sanctioned and recognized sports. The program also emphasizes to young people the importance of keeping dairy products a primary part of their diet in their overall nutrition plan.
