For the first time in a while, no new teams debuted this week in the Super 25 girls basketball rankings because none of the Super 25 teams lost. That could change in the next few weeks as the playoffs bring tougher competition.

No. 1 Neumann-Goretti (Philadelphia) continued its unbeaten ways with a 73-19 defeat of St. Hubert (Philadelphia) as Felicia Aiyeotan had 14 points.

No. 2 Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.) held course as Connecticut signee Katie Lou Samuelson had 32 points and tied a school record with 10 three-pointers, in a 66-16 defeat of Rosary (Fullerton).

Myers Park (Charlotte) moved up a spot to No. 8 with a pair of impressive wins, Rydeiah Rogers had 19 points and 13 rebounds in an 80-17 defeat of East Mecklenburg (Charlotte). Kianna Funderburk had 16 points in a 63-5 defeat of Garinger (Charlotte).

Potter’s House Christian (Jacksonville) moved up a notch to No. 21 with as it defeated Liberty Christian Prep (Tavares) 88-27 as Jasmine Gaines had 16 points and five steals.
