It was just a matter of him dedicating himself and turning that size into something really productive,” Wynford coach Gabe Helbert said. “He had quite a year defensively for us last year as a junior, and this is a kid who did not play football for us as a sophomore and wasn’t sure if football was for him. He sat and then realized he has two years of high school to play football. He made the most of it.”
