No. 3 St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) traveled East to face St. Peter’s Prep (Jersey City) and left with a 56-14 victory to move to 5-0.
Bosco has now scored 76, 67, 66, 55 and 56 in its five games. St. Peter’s became only the second among the five to reach double digits.

Jonathan Lewis of St. Peter’s scored his second touchdown of the game on a 4-yard run with 9:39 left in the third quarter. That cut the Bosco lead to 21-14. From there, it was 35 unanswered points.
Washington commit Sean McGrew scored on an 80-yard run with 9:26 left in the third and caught at 65-yard pass from Quentin Davis with 5:39 remaining. Bosco added two more scores before the quarter was out on a short keeper from Davis and a 43-yard interception return by Bryce Turner.
McGrew scored three touchdowns and ran for 286 yards. Davis continued his amazing season with 325 yards passing and three touchdowns, despite going 16-for-31.
