Park Crossing safety P.J. Blue (#8) as Park Crossing takes on Carver on Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.

Park Crossing safety P.J. Blue announced his commitment to Louisville via Twitter on Tuesday.

The 6-2, 200-pound 4-star had 67 tackles and two interceptions this season, and was selected for the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game.

Blue originally committed to South Carolina in July, but decommitted in October following Steve Spurrier’s mid-season retirement. He also had offers from Clemson, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Blue is being recruited as a safety by some schools, and as a linebacker from others. He’s previously said he prefers safety, but wanted “a system that fits me.”
