The St. Philip girls’ basketball team concluded its home schedule on Monday night, cruising past Tekonsha 63-14 in Southern Central Athletic Association action.

The Class D honorable mention Tigers (14-4, 12-1) were led on senior night by Nina Winkley with 10 points in the contest. Also for St. Philip, Megan Gordon had nine points, Abby McClure and Adrian Hibbard each had eight points, and Kameron Haley and Taylor Pessetti had six points apiece.


(At) Climax-Scotts 61, Burr Oak 16: Climax-Scotts saw three players reach double-digit scoring in the lopsided victory, led by Mary Smith and McKenzie Hennessy with 12 points apiece. Also for the Panthers (10-6, 8-3 SCAA), Sydney Macomber had 11 points.

(At) Homer 35, Reading 21: Bailey Manis finished with 10 points and six assists in the victory for Homer (14-3, 9-2 Big Eight).

(At) Athens 60, Jonesville 41: Allyson Fuller finished with 19 points, two assists and three steals in the win for Athens. Also for the Indians (10-6, 6-5 Big Eight), Hailee Hurst had a career-high 18 points to go with five rebounds and three steals while Noelle Fuller tallied nine points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals.

Camden-Frontier 46, (at) Bellevue 24: Bailey Whitcomb finished with nine points in the loss for Bellevue. Also for the Broncos (8-8), Kilee Hettich had six blocks.
