USA Today High School Sports released its American Family Insurance All-USA State Boys Basketball Teams on Thursday. Check out the local coaches and athletes who were honored.

Coach of the Year

Eric Viuhkola, West Linn

Viuhkola coached the Lions to their third straight state championship this past season. He has gone 140-52 in seven seasons with the Lions.

McWilliams highlights USA Today girls basketball state team

Player of the Year

Payton Pritchard, G, West Linn

Pritchard was the leader of the three-time defending state champions. He averaged 22 points, 5.8 assists, 3.8 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game. The University of Oklahoma commit will have a chance to win a fourth state championship next season.

First Team

Anthony Mathis, G, West Linn

Malcolm Porter, G, Jesuit

Drew Eubanks, C, Reynolds

Second Team

Kadeem Strickland, G, Jefferson

Isaiah Robinson, C, Jefferson
