Taylor Arnold’s goal on a free kick in the 89th minute lifted host Grafton to a 1-0 win over Plymouth in a non-conference match.
“For much of the game, I felt that we out possessed Grafton, although they were able to break through late on a free kick,” Plymouth head coach Brad Feick said via email. “We had a few dangerous scoring opportunities in both halves that we set up well. We have a young team that began to really come together tonight.”
Elizabeth Bolland made four saves for the Panthers.
