Asheville High’s Pete Leota (68) played in Saturday’s Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas all-star football game in Spartanburg, S.C.

Asheville High senior Pete Leota and Reynolds senior Rico Dowdle have been named to the NCPreps all-state football team for all classifications.

Leota (offensive line) and Dowdle (athlete) both took part in Saturday’s Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas in Spartanburg, S.C.
