Molly Feighan scored three goals to lead host Arlington High School over Roy C. Ketcham, 5-0, in girls soccer on Thursday.
After a scoreless first half, Feighan put the Admirals on the board three minutes into the second half before erupting for two more. Emily Campos and Meggie Buttinger also scored, while Kira Murphy and Emma Sbrollini each added two assists.
Becky Gold made two saves and Hannah Wendling had one as the two split time at goalkeeper for Arlington (1-0).
Ketcham goalie Nicole Parker made five saves.
“The girls were happy with the result,” Arlington coach Kieran McIlvenny said. “We made some adjustments in the second half and we were able to take care of opportunities that we had. Ketcham has a young team and it’s looking good for them, for the future.”
Arlington visits Goshen at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Indians will visit Mamaroneck on Tuesday at 4:15 p.m.
New Rochelle 1, Arlington B 0 — Madison Minnow made five saves, though it came in a loss as the Admirals fell to New Rochelle in the Yorktown tournament.
Highland 3, Marlboro 2 — Danielle McGrath scored in the 29th minute to give Highland a 3-0 lead in its win late Wednesday. Michaela Raffaele scored twice and McGrath and Teresa Mazzella each added an assist. Tori Capobianco made seven saves for Highland (1-0).
Saugerties 10, Poughkeepsie 0 — Renae Miller and Daisy Mendez each made 10 saves for Poughkeepsie (0-1) in the loss late Tuesday. Anna Mooers and Miranda Ritvanen each scored twice for Saugerties.
Alex Censi scored the winner unassisted in the 51st minute as Millbrook topped Webutuck, 2-1.
Andrew Radovic and Juan Cabrera combined for seven saves in the win. Sean Stegner tied it at 1 in the 15th minute for the Blazers (1-1).
Fabian Vega had scored in the fourth minute and Hunter Coulthard made 11 saves for Webutuck (0-2).
Pine Plains 0, Coleman 0 — Pine Plains goalkeeper Omar Mendez “did a wonderful job coming off his line to break up several potential breakaways” to help preserve the tie, Bombers coach Dave Owens said in a statement. Pine Plains is 0-0-1.
Mamaroneck 2, John Jay 1 — John Jay’s Kevin Turi scored on a penalty kick in the 46th minute, but the visiting Patriots fell to Mamaroneck 2-1 in overtime. Alex Alma scored the game-winner for the Tigers in the 83rd minute.
The Patriots (0-1) visit Carmel at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday.
