Hunterdon Central 10, Old Bridge 0 (6 innings): Senior right-hander Karissa Zubulake threw her sixth shutout in her past seven starts and second-seeded Hunterdon Central won its 11th straight to advance. Zubulake allowed six hit, no walks and struck out three, while chipping in a single and an RBI. Jess McGuire led the Red Devils’ attack, finishing 3-for-4 with a run and three RBIs, while Hayley Fico singled and knocked in two runs and Gina Cillo went 3-for-3 with three runs and an RBI. Central (21-3) will play host to seventh-seeded Marlboro or 10th-seeded West Windsor-Plainsboro South in the quarterfinals. Nicole Cashman and Alexandra Grubiak each notched two hits for 15th-seeded Old Bridge.
