As the playoffs continue in some places and state champions are crowned elsewhere, the tally of undefeated 11-man football teams continued to dwindle. From 498 last week, the number is down to 361.

Texas still leads with 37, followed by California with 34. Pennsylvania has 22 and New York and Florida each has has 16. Texas saw 14 undefeated teams lost, California had 13 lose and New York had 10. New York’s public school football championships are this weekend in Syracuse.
