It’s not too hard to figure out why Kendall Jones is nicknamed “The Hulk.”
At 6-5 and 375 pounds, Jones is a massive defensive tackle from Shoemaker High in Killeen, Texas.
His size and athleticism will be on display in Orlando in January for the Under Armour All-America Game. Jones accepted his honorary jersey Thursday when the Selection Tour presented by American Family Insurance came to Killeen.
Jones, an Alabama commit, was most keen on thanking his support system. He is ranked as the No. 12 defensive tackle and the No. 93 player overall by ESPN.
“I rely on my friends, my coaches and my family,” he said. “I need all of them. I need all of their support to do what I need to do.”
