Favorite sports memory: In 2011 I was an eighth grader and watched a star-studded East hockey team, of which my brother was a Senior on, fall early in the playoffs to SPASH. The following season I had a chance to step in and play as a Freshman. We beat SPASH 2-1 and avenged my brother and his teammates. A memorable event!
Advice to an athlete: Your work ethic is your most important thing. Nobody can put a limit on how hard you work, and how far you are willing to push yourself to reach your full potential. It is important to remember that you\’re not putting in the work all for yourself, but for all of your teammates. Lead by example.
Inspiration: My inspiration has always been my family. They have always been there for me on good days and bad days with constant support. My father tells me how it is, good or bad, which I appreciate. My mother is my biggest fan. My brother and I constantly competed growing up which made us both better.
College plans: I plan to attend UW-Eau Claire where I will major in Business and minor in Coaching. I would very much like to coach at an advanced level in the future.
