Holiday Fun

This Wednesday before break will be an activity day. From 1:00 PM to dismissal at 2:34 PM there will be activities students have been able to sign up for. I was able to stop by some classrooms and ask about their activity.

Ms. Turner:

What are your expectations for your club activity?

During the activity period, I expect that students will work on their sports and events/club pages for the fall section of the yearbook. We will also be taking pictures of the various activities that other clubs are hosting around the school.

How did you come up with your activity?

I wanted to give students an opportunity to have time to edit their pages. Plus, with so many clubs and organizations holding activities, Wednesday is a perfect opportunity for the yearbook staff to take photos for the fall and winter sections.

Anything else you want to say about your activity?

Yearbook can be very time consuming in order to adequately cover the events and clubs.  We are excited that there will be one time that we can take photos of everything going on!

What are your expectations for your club activity?

We are going to be watching a movie, Inside Out, making popcorn, bringing in food, just relaxing. We are wearing ugly Christmas sweaters too!

How did you come up with your activity?

We talked about having a movie, back in November, and now we can put it together and have a good time.

Everyone is welcome we are a great group of students who feel passionate about everyone being treated equally and fairly.
