Wibaux, Northern C teams appear to be class of 8-Man

The Northern C looks to have many contenders for the 8-Man football title, but the perennially powerful Wibaux Longhorns likely will have plenty of say on who walks off with the crown.

The Chinook Sugarbeeters, who lost to Wibaux in the title game, are the pick to win the Northern Division, but they will have to go through a gauntlet of strong teams.

In Eastern C, Fairview and Broadus figure to push the Longhorns for the title and stake their claims for long runs in the playoffs.

The Southern C looks to be pretty wide open with Ennis appearing to be the cream of the crop, but Twin Bridges, Gardiner and White Sulphur Springs should push the three-time defending champion Mustangs.

Western C teams lost a lot of talent to graduation. Flint Creek, comprised of Drummond and Philipsburg, appear poised for a title run.
