Yellville-Summit took two out of three games from Cotter in 3A-1 East play Tuesday night at the Yellville-Summit Multi-Purpose Facility.

The Warriors fell to 5-16 overall and 2-7 in league play with a 66-51 loss to the Panthers.

Matthew Gorbet led Cotter with 20 points and seven rebounds, while Taran Eaton had 15 points and Tiger Tolliver tallied nine points and eigh assists.

Yellville-Summit won the senior girls’ game, 61-34, as Tyra Turner poured in 20 points.

Justina Jenkins added 13, Kyli Duffy scored 12 and River Darnell pitched in nine for the Lady Panthers.

Ruth Wiesboeck scored 13 and Savannah Manis added 10 to lead the Lady Warriors (4-15, 1-8).

Cotter picked up its lone victory in the junior girls’ game, 32-20.

Hanny Garay and Alexa Wooten tossed in 11 points apiece for the Junior Lady Warriors (10-5, 4-1).
