USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the 2015-16 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Alaska Girls Basketball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2015-16 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Jeannie Hebert-Truax, Wasilla
Hebert-Truax captured her fourth state title in six years—her fifth overall—guiding Wasilla past defending champ Dimond in the Class 4A final, 44-40. The Warriors went 24-2 overall and lost just once to an in-state foe (West Valley), who they beat in a state semifinal rematch.

FIRST TEAM

Player of the Year
Ruthy Hebard, F, West Valley (Fairbanks), 6-4, Sr.
A three-time Gatorade Player of the Year, Hebard turned in another dominant season as a senior, averaging 25.9 points, 15.1 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 2.1 blocks per game. An Oregon recruit, she led the Wolfpack to a 22-8 record and the Class 4A semifinals.

Madison Akers, G/F, Homer, 5-10, Sr.
The Class 3A Player of the Year, Akers averaged 17.0 points, 8.7 rebounds and 4.1 steals per game.

Alissa Pili, F, Dimond (Anchorage), 6-0, Fr.
The athletic freshman averaged 18.2 points, 12.5 rebounds and 2.2 blocks and earned the Cook Inlet Conference Player of the Year award.

Leya DePriest, F, Wasilla, 6-3, Sr.
The heart and soul of the state championship Warriors, DePriest posted 9.4 points and 8.6 rebounds per contest.

Kylie Wallace, G, Petersburg, 5-7, Sr.
Wallace recorded 14 points, eight rebounds and 3.4 assists per game, leading Petersburg to a state title and earning Class 2A Player of the Year honors.

Olivia Davies, G, Wasilla, 5-9, Fr.

Nicole Pinckney, G, Chugiak, 5-5, Jr.

Eliah Anderson, F/G, Ketchikan, 5-11, Sr.

Rose Mongoyak, F, Barrow, 6-0, Jr.
