USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the 2015-16 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Illinois Girls Basketball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2015-16 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Joe Kilbride, Benet (Lisle)
After a decade as an assistant, all Kilbride has done in his first two seasons at the helm of Benet Academy is lead a team that had never reached the state semifinals to  back-to-back state championships. The Redwings posted a 32-3 record overall and edged Fremd, 42-39, in the Class 4A title game. They finished the season ranked No. 11 in the USA TODAY Super 25.

FIRST TEAM

Player of the Year
Kiara Lewis, G, Whitney Young (Chicago), 5-9, Sr.
A Jordan Brand Classic All-American and the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year, Lewis averaged 24.8 points per game, with 7.0 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 3.2 assists for the Class 4A semifinalist. Ranked as the No. 22 recruit in the Class of 2016 by ESPN, Lewis has committed to Ohio State.

Kathleen Doyle, G, Benet (Lisle), 5-10, Sr.
The Nebraska commit averaged 17.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.7 steals as a senior, and was named Ms. Basketball of Illinois.

Jeannie Boehm, C, New Trier (Winnetka), 6-3, Sr.
The Harvard recruit was picked for the McDonald’s All-American game after posting 19.9 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.7 blocks per contest.

Ali Andrews, F, Huntley, 6-2, Sr.
Andrews averaged 21.9 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.2 blocks per game, and will play for the home-state Fighting Illini next season.

Tori McCoy, C, St. Thomas More (Champaign), 6-4, SR.
The Ohio State commit rebounded from a fractured ankle to score 20.7 points per game and make both the McDonald’s All-American game and the Jordan Brand Classic.

Nicole Ekhomu, G, Joliet Catholic, 5-9, Sr.

Hannah Frazier, F, Batavia, 6-2, Sr.

Destiny Harden, G/F, Morgan Park (Chicago), 6-1, Jr.

Kendra Wilken, C, Breese, 6-2, Sr.

Bryana Hopkins, F, Fremd (Palatine), 6-2, Sr.
