USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the American Family Insurance ALL-USA Massachusetts Boys Basketball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2015-16 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Lance Dottin, Cambridge Rindge & Latin
The Falcons (24-1) didn’t lose to a Massachusetts opponent all season under Dottin’s guidance and closed out the 2015-16 campaign with a thrilling Division I state title.

FIRST TEAM

Player of the Year
Jakigh Dottin, G, Cambridge Rindge & Latin, 6-2/180, Jr.
Dottin drove Cambridge Rindge & Latin to the Division I state title (its first championship in 15 years) and earned Dual County League MVP after averaging 17 points, 6.7 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game this past season. He scored a team-high 14 points in the state final, a 66-51 win over St. John’s Shrewsbury.

Makai Ashton-Langford, G, Cushing Academy (Ashburnham), 6-1/180, Jr.
Ashton-Langford’s regular season averages of 22 points, six assists and four rebounds per game helped earn Cushing Academy a berth in the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council Class AA championship game.

A.J. Brodeur, F, Northfield Mount Hermon (Mount Hermon), 6-8/210, Sr.
Brodeur, who will play for the University of Pennsylvania next season, starred for the NEPSAC Class AAA champions this season, averaging 15.6 points, 8.7 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.

Wenyen Gabriel, F, Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham), 6-9/180, Sr.
A Kentucky signee and the 15th ranked prep prospect in the nation by ESPN, Gabriel averaged 22 points, 14 rebounds, seven blocks and 6.3 assists per game this past season.

Tyonne Malone, F, Putnam Vocational Tech (Springfield), 6-4/170, Sr.
Putnam (21-4) reached the Division I semifinals this past season, thanks largely to the efforts of Malone, who averaged 19 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.

Jermaine Samuels, F, The Rivers School (Weston), 6-6/190, Jr.

Brandon Twitty, G, Catholic Memorial (West Roxbury), 6-3/190, Sr.
