USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the 2015-16 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Michigan Girls Basketball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2015-16 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR
Jarvis Mitchell, Wayne Memorial (Wayne)
Mitchell led Wayne Memorial on a dramatic turnaround, as it finished the season 16-5 and reached the Class A district semifinals just one year after a winless 0-21 campaign.
FIRST TEAM
Player of the Year
Kysre Gondrezick, G, Benton Harbor, 5-9, Sr.
Gondrezick, the state’s Miss Basketball winner, averaged 40.5 points, 8.8 rebounds and 5.3 assists per game to help Benton Harbor reach the Class B district final. The future Michigan Wolverine scored a state-record 72 points in the opening round of the Class B district tournament and finished her prep career second in state history with 2,803 points.
Cassidy Boensch, C, John Glenn (Bay City), 6-4, Sr.
A First Team All-State selection and a Miss Basketball finalist, Boensch averaged 18.2 points and 11.7 rebounds per game while helping the Bobcats to the Class B semifinals.
Mardrekia Cook, G, Muskegon, 6-0, Sr.
The future Michigan State Spartan averaged 21.3 points and 13.6 rebounds per game for Muskegon, which reached the Class A district semifinals.
Deja Church, G/F, Southfield Lathrup (Lathrup Village), 5-8, Jr.
The junior standout and First Team All-State selection averaged 19 points per game this past season, helping Southfield Lathrup reach the Class A regional final.
Autumn Kissman, F, Mason, 6-2, Jr.
Kissman earned First Team All-State honors after a season in which she averaged 19.6 points, 10.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per contest.
