Ann Arbor Pioneer senior running back/linebacker Antjuan Simmons, who long has been verbally committed to Ohio State, reopened his recruitment Wednesday night.
“After talking to my mom and people I’m close to I have decided to re-open my recruiting process,” he tweeted.

Rated a four-star prospect by rivals.com, he’s listed at 6-feet-1 and 199 pounds. He’s expected to play outside linebacker in college.
Before picking the Buckeyes initially, Simmons also had scholarship offers from Georgia, LSU, Miami (Fla.), Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas A&M, among others.
Verbal commitments are nonbinding until national letters of intent are signed in February.
