In a game where defense was seemingly optional, Jake Friederich notched 16 points and three steals for Tea, while teammate Noah Freidel added 10 points, five steals and five assists. Justin Hohn had six assists. West Central picked up 12 points from Jackson Miller, including the game-winning 3-pointer, and 10 from Grant Linneman. Both teams shot well over 50 percent from the field (Tea .531, West Central .529).

Omar Shariff finished with 11 points, while Tyler VanVoorst and Manny Christopher both added 10. Sioux City West was led by Darius Moore who had 19 points. Marquise Bolden (17) and James King (12) also finished in double figures.
