Game notes: Brownstown is ranked No. 4 in Class 3-A. The Braves are gunning for their first sectional title since 2013, while Salem won its last one in 2009. Brownstown has won nine straight in the series.

CHARLESTOWN vs. SILVER CREEK

Records: Charlestown 16-7, Silver Creek 19-4

Last meeting: Silver Creek won 58-49 in double overtime in the final of the holiday tournament on Dec. 30 at Silver Creek. The Dragons also beat the Pirates 61-45 on Dec. 1.

Game notes: Silver Creek, ranked No. 8 in 3-A, is the two-time defending sectional champion. Charlestown’s last sectional title came in 2008. Silver Creek has won six straight in the series. This is their first postseason meeting since 2009.
