DeWitt volleyball drops to No. 3 in Class A

After spending multiple weeks as the No. 1-ranked team in Class A, the DeWitt Panthers dropped two spots to No. 3 in the latest Michigan Interscholastic Volleyball Coaches Association rankings.

The Panthers fell to Portage Central, the No. 2-ranked team in Class A, in four sets last Monday. However, DeWitt followed the loss with a victory over Mason and a win over Class B No. 1-ranked Lakewood in the St. Johns Invitational.

In Class C, the Bath Bees worked their way back to a top-10 spot after being demoted last week. The Bees are ranked eighth. Laingsburg is ranked No. 9 in Class C.

Lansing Christian has remained as the No. 4 team in Class D.
