English made it 21-0 just before the end of the first quarter on a 41-yard run.
With three minutes to go in the first half, the Tigers (0-1) got their first score for new coach Bill Dee as Jahmeek Jones ran it in from the 1-yard line, following a 53-yard pass play from Shon Mitchell to Khalik Perry.
English scored from the 1-yard line in the third quarter to put the Stags up 28-7. The Stags’ final touchdown came on an 8-yard run by Carlton Taylor.
