Lakeland 8, Nyack 0: In a Class B semifinal game at Lakeland, Caroline Cahill had a hat trick and Julianna Cappello and Meghan Fahey had two goals.

Cameron Lischinsky had a goal and three assists for the No. 1 Hornets, who will play No. 2 Rye Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Brewster High School in the Section 1 Class B final.

Cahill, Cappello and Kelsey McCrudden all had assists.

No. 5 Nyack’s goalie, Elizabeth Lavender, had eight saves.

Mamaroneck 1, Horace Greeley 0: In a Class A semifinal game at Mamaroneck, Paige Danehy scored with 21:43 to go off an Elizabeth Brissette assist and No. 1 Mamaroneck held on despite No. 5 Greeley having four penalty corners after time expired.

“It was crazy. They came to play,” Mamaroneck coach John Savage said of the Quakers.

Willa Kuhn had eight saves for Greeley.

Charlotte Mackie had three saves for the Tigers, who will take on No. 2 Scarsdale at Brewster High School on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
