No. 3 DeSoto, Texas, held onto its spot as quarterback Shawn Robinson ran for a touchdown and passed for two touchdown in a 38-29 win Saturday vs. Steele (Cibolo) in the 6A-II championship.
No. 6 St. John Bosco (Bellflower, Calif.) defeated reigning state champion De La Salle (Concord) 56-35 as running back Demetrious Flowers ran for three touchdowns Saturday in the State Open Division Bowl.

Lake Travis (Austin, Texas) jumped three spots to No. 10 with its state championship as quarterback Charlie Brewer threw four touchdown passes in a 41-13 win Saturday vs. The Woodlands in the 6A-I championship.
Dutch Fork (Irmo, S.C.) moved up one spot to No. 21 as it edged Boiling Springs (Spartanburg) 28-21 for its 5A state title as quarterback Reese Nichols threw two touchdown passes.
There’s only one more week left in the Super 25 rankings as two ranked teams — No. 5 St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) and No. 12 Bingham (South Jordan, Utah) — will play in the GEICO State Champions Bowl Series on Friday in Frisco, Texas.
